By accessing and using Entriq's services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services. These Terms apply to all users of the Service.

2. Description of Service

Entriq provides AI-powered email analysis and CRM automation services. Our Service:

  • Analyzes your email communications using artificial intelligence
  • Extracts business intelligence including contacts, deals, and opportunities
  • Automatically populates your CRM systems with extracted data
  • Processes emails in real-time without permanent storage of email content
  • Provides analytics and reporting on email processing activities

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use our Service, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into contracts
  • Use the Service only for lawful business purposes
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use the Service for competitive analysis or to develop competing products
  • Process emails containing illegal content or violating privacy laws

5. Data Processing and Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. Key points include:

  • We process email data solely to provide the Service
  • Email content is processed in real-time and not permanently stored
  • Only extracted business intelligence data is retained
  • All data is encrypted using AWS-managed security
  • You retain ownership of your data

6. Subscription and Payment

The Service is provided on a subscription basis:

  • Monthly billing cycles with automatic renewal
  • 14-day free trial for new customers
  • Payments processed securely through Stripe
  • Pro-rated refunds for cancellations within 30 days of annual subscriptions
  • Usage limits apply based on your subscription tier
  • Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Entriq retains all rights to its AI technology, software, algorithms, and related intellectual property. Users retain ownership of their data while granting us necessary rights to process it for service delivery. You may not:

  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our algorithms
  • Copy, modify, or distribute our software
  • Use our trademarks without permission

8. Service Availability and Support

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support is provided based on your subscription tier:

  • Standard Plan: Email support within 24 hours
  • Professional Plan: Priority support within 4 hours
  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Entriq's liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-extracted data
  • You are responsible for verifying extracted information before use

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

  • You may cancel anytime through your account dashboard
  • We may terminate immediately for breach of these terms
  • Upon termination, data processing stops and account data is deleted within 30 days
  • You may export your data before termination

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or service notifications 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware.
